About FAPPULSE

The business behind FAPPULSE is registered in New Mexico, United States. This policy explains how FAPPULSE handles information. For privacy requests, contact support@fappulse.com. Our service is for adults only.

Information stored

We store your account identifier, email, optional display name, preferences, age and terms acceptance, favorites, uploaded files, draft settings and consent confirmations, and credit activity. Administrative actions and delivery states for application emails are recorded for operations.

Our hosting, authentication and security providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs and anti-abuse signals. When you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Why we use information

We use account information to provide the features you request, keep your library available and private, manage access and respond to support requests. Security records help prevent abuse and investigate failures. We may also process information to meet legal obligations. Optional analytics relies on your consent and is described below.

Where a legal basis is required, providing requested account features relies on performance of our agreement with you; proportionate security and support processing relies on our legitimate interests; required disclosures rely on legal obligations; and optional analytics relies on consent. We do not sell your personal information or use your uploads to train models.

Private files

Original files and drafts belong to your account. File links are temporary and are issued after an ownership check. Administrators see storage metadata; the administration interface does not provide a gallery of your private images.

Retention and deletion

Completed originals stay until you delete them. Incomplete uploads are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Account deletion blocks new operations immediately; automated cleanup removes files and account data, retrying failures. Temporary upload authorizations must expire before cleanup completes.

Deleting a draft does not delete an original that you may want to reuse. Linked application email records are removed during account cleanup; unlinked delivery-event metadata is retained for up to 30 days. Provider security logs, backups and records required by law may follow separate retention periods. We do not promise that every infrastructure copy disappears at the instant you click Delete.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Google may be used when you choose Google sign-in. Cloudflare Turnstile checks automated activity. Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers transactional account emails; our support mailbox is hosted by Hostinger. Email messages contain account-related text without your uploaded images or draft content.

These providers process the information needed for their role. We may disclose information when legally required or to investigate a rights or security incident. Private content is not a public gallery and is not provided to advertisers.

International processing

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must cover the processing concerned. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your account.

Preferences and cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in. Visitors’ theme and playback preferences are saved locally. Signed-in preferences can be saved to the account. We send transactional account messages, not marketing emails.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, device and geographic statistics, and referral sources. The tag loads only after your consent. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Analytics receives public page paths without query strings or fragments and referral origins without paths or search parameters. Emails, uploaded files, prompts, account identifiers and internal searches are not included in analytics events. Account, authentication, file, draft and administration pages are excluded.

Your analytics choice

You can reject analytics and continue using the website. Cookie settings lets you change or withdraw your choice, which is stored for up to 180 days. Withdrawal removes analytics cookies accessible to this website and stops future collection.

Vercel hosts this website. Google processes optional analytics data; the configured retention is 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. Aggregated reports may remain longer. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your controls

You can change your details and preferences, download or remove files, and request account deletion from your account. Contact support@fappulse.com for other account and privacy requests.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access or obtain a copy of your data, correct it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent privacy authority. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own account before acting on it. Withdrawing optional analytics consent does not remove access to your account.

Safety, minors and policy changes

Do not create an account if you are under 18 or upload images of minors. Contact support if you believe a child or non-consenting person is involved in material on the service. Our current checks include account permissions, private storage and file validation; they do not certify the age or consent of a person in an image.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this policy when our practices change and provide notice and seek additional consent where required before introducing materially different uses of your information.
