About FAPPULSE

Palmai LLC, a Domestic Limited Liability Company registered in New Mexico, United States, operates FAPPULSE and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. See Contact for company details. For privacy requests, contact support@fappulse.com. Our service is for adults only.

Information stored

We store your account identifier, email, optional display name, preferences, age and terms acceptance, favorites, uploaded files, draft settings and consent confirmations, and credit activity. Administrative actions and delivery states for application emails are recorded for operations.

Our hosting, authentication and security providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs and anti-abuse signals. When you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Why we use information

We use account information to provide the features you request, keep your library available and private, manage access and respond to support requests. Security records help prevent abuse and investigate failures. We may also process information to meet legal obligations. Optional analytics relies on your consent and is described below.

Where a legal basis is required, providing requested account features relies on performance of our agreement with you; proportionate security and support processing relies on our legitimate interests; required disclosures rely on legal obligations; and optional analytics relies on consent. We do not sell your personal information or use your uploads to train models.

Launch waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email, the feature you requested, and the date and version of your consent to receive its launch update. This is optional and separate from creating an account. If you are signed in with that verified email, the request can be linked to your account. Existing accounts are not automatically added. We use this information with your consent to send the requested update when the feature becomes available. It is not consent to unrelated marketing. We keep your request until the launch update is sent or you ask to leave. Contact support@fappulse.com to withdraw consent or remove your request. Linked requests are also removed when the associated account is deleted.

Private files

Original files and drafts belong to your account. File links are temporary and are issued after an ownership check. Administrators see storage metadata; the administration interface does not provide a gallery of your private images.

Retention and deletion

Completed originals stay until you delete them. Incomplete uploads are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Account deletion blocks new operations immediately; automated cleanup removes files and account data, retrying failures. Temporary upload authorizations must expire before cleanup completes.

Deleting a draft does not delete an original that you may want to reuse. Linked application email records are removed during account cleanup; unlinked delivery-event metadata is retained for up to 30 days. Provider security logs, backups and records required by law may follow separate retention periods. We do not promise that every infrastructure copy disappears at the instant you click Delete.

Payments and subscription records

We store plan and boost prices, accepted conditions, credit grants and expiry, payment references, subscription periods and cancellation states. Telegram payments also link the payer identifier supplied by Telegram to the invoice created by your FAPPULSE account. Crypto payments retain the provider references and settlement details needed to verify delivery. Telegram and the selected payment provider process the payment; FAPPULSE does not collect your card details or wallet recovery phrase.

Account cleanup waits for pending subscription reconciliation and cancellation of known renewals. Financial receipts are retained for payment support, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping needs, with the FAPPULSE account link removed. Provider transaction and payer references may remain in those receipts; they are not anonymous records. Contact support for requests concerning these records.

Optional notifications and installation

Video-ready alerts, template news and daily-credit reminders are separate choices, initially off. If you enable notifications on a device, we store its browser push endpoint and delivery keys with your account. Your browser’s push provider delivers generic text without your images, prompts or private scene details. News and daily reminders share a limit of one promotional notification per day per device.

Change these choices or disable a device in Account. Signing out on all devices or deleting the account removes its registered endpoints. Delivery queue records are removed by maintenance after seven days. Installing the website does not grant notification permission. The app does not cache private pages or media for offline use. A dismissed installation invitation is remembered locally in that browser.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Google may be used when you choose Google sign-in. Cloudflare Turnstile checks automated activity. Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers transactional account emails; our support mailbox is hosted by Hostinger. Email messages contain account-related text without your uploaded images or draft content.

These providers process the information needed for their role. We may disclose information when legally required or to investigate a rights or security incident. Private content is not a public gallery and is not provided to advertisers.

International processing

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must cover the processing concerned. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your account.

Preferences and cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in. Visitors’ theme and playback preferences are saved locally. Signed-in preferences can be saved to the account. We send transactional account messages. Launch updates require the separate waitlist consent described above.

Template visit counters

Template visit counters count opening a template, not automatic video playback. A random session identifier in your browser tab prevents repeated openings from inflating the count. The server stores a hash of that identifier with the template ID and visit time, without linking it to your account. Administrator visits count too. These first-party product counters are separate from Google Analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, device and geographic statistics, and referral sources. The tag loads only after your consent. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Analytics receives public page paths without query strings or fragments and referral origins without paths or search parameters. Known Civitai, X and Reddit link labels may be sent separately as campaign source, medium and a campaign from a fixed list. Emails, uploaded files, prompts, account identifiers and internal searches are not included in analytics events. Account, authentication, file, draft and administration pages are excluded.

Optional FAPPULSE referral measurement

This is a separate choice from Google Analytics. If you explicitly allow it, we save a broad referral label, such as Civitai, X or Reddit, and a campaign from a fixed list. A signed first-party cookie keeps this context for up to 30 days. We do not save referral paths, raw search parameters, template names or choices, uploads, or prompts.

If you subsequently create a new account in this browser and finish account setup, the source can be linked to that account. We use it with existing confirmed purchase and completed-video records to show aggregate customer outcomes by source to administrators. This link is personal information, not an anonymous statistic. It is not sent to Google. Existing accounts and missing contexts are not attributed retrospectively. Referral labels are estimates, not verified identities.

The account link expires 180 days after the referral consent and is then excluded from reports; existing maintenance removes expired links. Deleting the account also removes its link. A signed cookie permits withdrawal of the linked account’s source from this browser, including after signing out, and expires with the consent. Cookie settings lets you reject or withdraw this scope independently. Failed removal shows a retry option; we do not claim account removal until the server confirms it. You can still use the product. If you cannot access that browser or account, contact us to remove the link.

Your analytics choice

You can reject either analytics scope and continue using the website. Cookie settings lets you change or withdraw your choice, which is stored for up to 180 days. Withdrawal removes analytics cookies accessible to this website and stops future collection.

Vercel hosts this website. Google processes optional analytics data; the configured retention is 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. Aggregated reports may remain longer. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your controls

You can change your details and preferences, download or remove files, and request account deletion from your account. Contact support@fappulse.com for other account and privacy requests.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access or obtain a copy of your data, correct it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent privacy authority. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own account before acting on it. Withdrawing optional analytics consent does not remove access to your account.

Safety, minors and policy changes

Do not create an account if you are under 18 or upload images of minors. Contact support if you believe a child or non-consenting person is involved in material on the service. Our current checks include account permissions, private storage and file validation; they do not certify the age or consent of a person in an image.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this policy when our practices change and provide notice and seek additional consent where required before introducing materially different uses of your information.
