About these terms

FAPPULSE provides an account and private library for adult AI content workflows. The business behind FAPPULSE is registered in New Mexico, United States. These terms cover your account, use of the service and uploaded content. Contact support@fappulse.com with questions.

Who can use FAPPULSE

You must be at least 18, have reached the age of majority where you live, and be legally permitted to access adult content. Keep your login credentials private, provide an email address you control, and contact us if someone accesses your account without permission.

Your images and consent

Upload only images you own or have permission to use. Every depicted person must be an adult and must have explicitly consented to the specific intended use, including any sexual or intimate context. Permission to possess or share a photograph does not by itself grant permission to use it for an adult AI workflow. You confirm these permissions separately when saving a draft.

Lawful adult nudity or sexual content is allowed only when these requirements are met. Do not upload content involving minors or people whose adult status is uncertain, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual impersonation, celebrity or public-figure deepfakes, exploitation, coercion or harassment. Do not infringe copyright, privacy or other rights, or attempt to bypass account protections.

Ownership and permission to provide the service

You retain your rights in the material you upload. You give FAPPULSE permission to store, copy, validate and display that material only as needed to provide your requested account features, secure the service and handle support or legal obligations. Service providers may process it for those purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not train AI models on your uploads or publish your private files. The FAPPULSE software, branding and public catalog remain the property of their respective owners. Access does not grant a right to redistribute catalog media.

Available features

You can manage your account, upload private original files, save favorites and keep drafts. Media generation is currently unavailable. Saving drafts and uploading images do not consume credits.

Catalog previews illustrate templates; they are not a promise that an image will produce a particular result.

Credits, payments and refunds

Credits are an account balance for use within FAPPULSE, not a bank deposit or a cash balance. Credit purchases and subscriptions are currently unavailable. Applicable prices, credit costs and refund conditions will be presented before you can confirm a paid service. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Account management

You can delete your files, drafts or account. Removing an image may also remove drafts that depend on it; the app asks you to confirm those affected drafts. Account deletion immediately blocks further account operations, followed by the cleanup described in our Privacy Policy. Accounts may be restricted or suspended for misuse or to address a security incident. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.

Content and copyright complaints

Report suspected non-consensual content, underage content, account misuse or copyright concerns to support@fappulse.com. Include the relevant public page or template identifier and a brief explanation. Do not send explicit images or unnecessary identity documents by email. We may request the information needed to investigate through an appropriate channel.

For a copyright complaint, identify the protected work, the material you believe infringes it and its location on FAPPULSE. Provide a contact email and explain whether you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf. We review reports and may request more information or restrict the affected content while investigating.

Availability and responsibility

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, outages or security issues. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own copy of important originals. You are responsible for having the rights and consent required for your uploads and any use you make of them. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility, remedy or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Applicable law and changes

New Mexico law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. This does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or remedy available to you under mandatory law. You may contact support to try to resolve a concern before starting a formal dispute.

The date above identifies the latest update. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they take effect, with a new consent request when required.
